RECENT BUYS MAY 2005
I have acquired some very special pieces over the last two months but the first one (below top left) ranks right up there and it will definitely be part of our Best Six for 2005.
Once I had cleaned this one, I was amazed to see the condition of the metal and plating as well as the overall construction. It still operates as well as it did when it was first produced and the bone handle is perfect!
According to Fletcher Wallis's book it looks like a Thomason XVI variant.
